Noah fights an inmate and is isolated in a room. Then a nurse is found hung in a room with blooded question marks printed on the walls.

   Sameh receives a call from someone claiming to be Tarek, so he contacts Tarek's wife for details about his death. Dr. Mahmoud agrees to Sameh working on Noah's case. Sameh goes to Noah at the hospital, where Noah has a confession.

   Noah tells Sameh about Tarek's suicide. Sameh receives mysterious phone calls, and Hemat pays Dr. Rabei a visit. Noah decides to disclose everything to Sameh.

   Noah finds out about his brother selling drugs and they get into a conflict. Sameh tries to get closer to Noah. Noah's father indirectly refuse to visit him in the hospital. Noah threatens Sameh in order to get out of the hospital.
