Never Dance Alone

1. E1. Episode 1

   In a stormy night of 1980s, CHU LEI is about to give birth but she is not able to go to the hospital in the heavy rain. With the help of her friends MO SIU-SZE, LAW FUNG-SIN, HUI CHUN-LEI, LEUNG KAM-YIN and LUK YUEN-CHAU, she gives birth to a baby girl successfully at the dance studio. SIU-SZE forgets to lock up the place and CHU LEI's daughter is abducted. Twenty years later, SIU-SZE has become a mother and she has just returned to Hong Kong from abroad. SIU-SZE tries hard to be a good wife but she is bullied by her mother-in-law all the time. SIU-SZE reunites with her secondary school good friend FUNG-SIN through a leaflet. She discovers that FUNG-SIN's parents have died and FUNG-SIN is managing the dance studio alone. When SIU-SZE leaves, FUNG-SIN asks her to attend the dance contest she will be joining but SIU-SZE cannot confirm her right away. SIU-SZE returns home and she recalls the happy memory with FUNG-SIN and CHU LEI……

   CHU LEI and her fiancé LEK go to the family shrine to venerate the ancestors. They also make preparations for their wedding ceremony. In order to actualize FUNG-SIN's dream, SIU-SZE asks her brother CHI-KIN to find her secondary school old friends from the social networking website and she finds LEUNG KAM-YIN successfully. KAM-YIN and her husband open a real estate agency. After learning that CHU LEI is going to marry a rich man, they visit CHU LEI immediately. After discovering that CHU LEI has got friends in Hong Kong, LEK invites KAM-YIN and the other friends to their wedding ceremony. CHU LEI is worried after learning about the news. CHU LEI invites SIU-SZE and KAM-YIN for dinner but something surprises the two of them. When SIU-SZE and KAM-YIN arrive at the restaurant, their secondary classmate HUI CHUN-LEI is not allowed to enter the place. They later meet another old classmate YUNG DAN-DAN as well……

   CHU LEI follows LEK to the night club and she is shocked to discover his secret. CHU LEI wants LEK to pay her a large amount of compensation for the separation but she ends up wandering on the street helplessly. After talking with CHU LEI's relatives, SIU-SZE discovers that CHU LEI has been living a tragic life after losing her daughter and SIU-SZE is very shameful. CHU LEI tries to sell her handbag at the second hand shop and she meets DAN-DAN. CHU LEI discovers that DAN-DAN has become the owner of a fitness center. DAN-DAN helps CHU LEI because she wants to vent her anger on a dispute in the secondary school. SIU-SZE visits FUNG-SIN at the hospital and she meets FUNG-SIN's half-brother FOOK-CHUEN. FOOK-CHUEN asks SIU-SZE to give FUNG-SIN an insurance agreement for her signature. SIU-SZE arrives at FUNG-SIN's sickroom and she discovers that CHU LEI is staying there……

4. E4. Episode 4

   FUNG-SIN stands on the rooftop dangerously. When all friends arrive, she starts to dance at the edge of the rooftop. In order to talk with FUNG-SIN, SIU-SZE and CHU LEI climb up to dance with her. Before entering the hospital, FUNG-SIN has given SIU-SZE the key of the dance studio but SIU-SZE worries that she will have no time to manage it and she discusses the matter with KAM-YIN. SIU-SZE asks CHI-KIN to help managing the dance studio for he has nothing to do at home. She recalls her dream in the younger days with FUNG-SIN and CHU LEI. SIU-SZE leaves the dance studio temporarily to handle something. CHI-KIN tries to repair the electrical appliances and he meets his dream lover. SIU-SZE checks out the bills and discovers that FUNG-SIN is in great debt because of the dance studio. CHU LEI has no where to stay and she decides to move to the dance studio. FOOK-CHUEN invites SIU-SZE and CHU LEI out for a meeting……

5. E5. Episode 5

   In order to organize party at the dance studio, FOOK-CHUEN has threatened FUNG-SIN long time ago. All classmates join the party together and SIU-SZE meets her dream lover CHI-LUN again. SIU-SZE and CHU LEI unmask FOOK-CHUEN but FOOK-CHUEN says that he will not give up. In order to preserve FUNG-SIN's dream and memory, SIU-SZE decides to continue managing the dance studio. She recalls the time when she organized "M Club" with five other secondary school classmates and she decides to invite them to manage the dance studio together. SIU-SZE invites KAM-YIN first but KAM-YIN rejects her right away. She then mentions it to CHUN-LEI but CHUN-LEI says that she needs to take care of her sick mother. SIU-SZE discovers that one of the "M Club" members YUEN-CHAU has become a significant government officer already. After learning about SIU-SZE's plan, YUEN-CHAU comments that she is silly……

6. E6. Episode 6

   In order to celebrate the 28th anniversary of M Club, SIU-SZE organizes a party at the dance studio but all members are absent. SIU-SZE insists to re-establish Cyndi Dance Studio and she invites CHU LEI to manage the dance studio together by offering her a high salary. SIU-SZE learns that her mother-in-law is upset for she has answered back. Her husband KWOK-LEUNG asks her to dress up and go outside so that he could question her. KWOK-LEUNG questions SIU-SZE why she has taken the risk to run a dance studio. SIU-SZE is scared that KWOK-LEUNG will divorce her but she tries to reveal her true feelings since she has promised her friend already. All M Club members claim that they will support SIU-SZE but they only treat the dance studio as a gathering place. CHU LEI tells everybody that she has met CHI-LUN again. In fact, CHI-LUN is the dream lover of everybody in their younger days……
