They get a desperate call from Jacqui. What was supposed to be a birthday celebration to remember has turned into a nightmare Jacqui can't forget. Lucky for her, Dirk is famous for fixing horrific tattoos.

Later, the guys rescue Wendy from her lost in translation tattoo. Wendy went abroad for a trip to re-invent herself after a late in life divorce. Wendy came back with something worse and permanent.

Then the guys meet Jordan out on the Vegas Strip. His story of mixing booze, a blind-fold and a novice tattoo artist turned out to be a bad choice for Jordan and now he needs Dirk's help.

   Vanessa got a tattoo out of spite and now it's getting in the way of her fitness model career. Dirk finds a way to turn her terrifying tattoo into a work of art. Ruckus plays a prank on Dirk by setting up an appointment with a client that has an unforgettable animal tattoo. Josh's "spirit animal" has taken over his body and he needs Dirk to set him, and a certain "private" part of his body, free.
