   Chung Chi-leung is an excellent real estate broker. He acts swiftly and provides excellent services to his customers. Tsu Chi-ling, a saleswoman who is skillful to promote cosmetic products and good at capturing customers’ hearts. Chow Ching-yan, a friend of Ling, is amazed to find Ling’s parents, Tsu Nai-hoi and Li King-chu, eating out in a very expensive restaurant while Ling is so thrifty. Leung is a workaholic. He has his father, Chung Bong, to cancel his trip and return home so as to help him to make a deal successfully. Ling’s younger brother, Tsu Yat-tsun, is a kindhearted young man who is always being taken advantage on by others. Ling helps him to get resolved. Unfortunately, Ling is sacked by her company after her employer answered a phone call made by a loan shark threatening to collect the loan repayment.

   Ling worries about her job. She helps Yan moving house. The delivery workers demand extra charges for furniture delivery service, yet Ling does not accept. The workers leave. A customer complaint exposes an urgent need for additional manpower in the Trustworthy Property Company. Bong recognizes Ling when he helps her moving a sofa. Ling has made up her mind to develop her career in estate agency. When Leung is bothering about finding a suitable employee, there comes Ling who sells herself at the job interview. Finally, she enters the company successfully. She is assigned as an apprentice to Ying Yan. In order to learn the property laws and regulations fast, Ling asks Tsun for help. Leung cannot stand for Fok Ming-hin’s arrogance, who is the regional manager of a large estate agency, he professes to build his company the largest estate agency. Ling is deeply impressed by Leung’s aspiration in running his business.

3. E3. Episode 3

   Ling is assigned to collect information from the other estate agencies in the same district. Leung is arranged for a blind dating. Sarcastically, the dating has made a business deal successfully. By finding Ying Yan’s wife the suitable cosmetics, Ling is able to gain an opportunity of practical training in property selling. She finds Ying Yan boasts a lot and likes exaggerating things to his customers. During the conversation, Ling has almost leaked the secret of Ying Yan for having a mistress. Leung sees Fong Sin-man asking a strong man for help to move a mattress. Then he follows them to a pub. He gets drunk. Fortunately, Ling passes by and takes him home. Bong is somewhere around the scene where he sees the happening. On the next day, Leung intends not to respond to Bong’s question clearly as he thinks this may help to stop his father from finding him a mate again. Hin visits Bong and pretends to respect him……

4. E4. Episode 4

   Bong goes to Trustworthy and asks Leung’s help in the acquisition project handled by Hin. Man phones Leung with a wish that he can share her distress. Yet he does not pay attention to her as he is so concentrated on his work. Ling finds Man crying alone. She comforts her and makes her feels better. As Ling does not see a good development in her career under Ying Yan’s supervision, she wants to switch to a larger corporation where Hin works. She fails in the interview as she has become wordless and screwed-up when she recalls the decline by Hin in the past. Learning that the acquisition project is unsuccessful, Hin does an about-face. The people of Trustworthy are angry with his rudeness. Bong talks to the owner of the restaurant personally after he has learnt that he caused Leung a lot of troubles. However, Bong is declined. The sight meets Ling’s eyes.

5. E5. Episode 5

   Ling learns the relationship between Hin and Bong. Leung encounters problems, luckily, Ling’s idea inspires him to find a new solution. They work all night to search for useful information. With effort, they are able to persuade the owner for the restaurant to sell his property for his son’s sake. Finally, the acquisition project has succeeded. Hin prepares a feast for the celebration, however, Bong and Leung leave the occasion. Ling encounters Hin. He is a little tipsy, he does not mention the interview to Ling. Nevertheless, Ling feels embarrassed, she gets herself drunk. Hin takes her home. Ling tells Hin he is the one she has once secretly admired. The alcohol has put Ling in a mess. She nearly misses the examination. Man is planning to open a coffee shop. So, Leung asks Ling and Choi Ying-ying for help. Yet, Man declines the help. Fails the first attempt, Ling makes a call to Leung and tells him about Man’s decline……

6. E6. Episode 6

   Bong pays a visit to Cheung Chau with four old friends. Yeung Tin-moon, one of the four old gentlemen, behaves very unusual when playing mahjong. He admits that he is diagnosed with dementia. After the game, they leave. They encounter a greedy child called Piggy. Bong buys up all the merchandises that Piggy sells. In a trade negotiation, Leung and Ling need to deal with a dame. They have to walk her dog. Accidentally, the dog goes missing. Ling suggests buying a dog that looks alike. Soon after they have bought a new dog, they find the missing one. Leung ends up taking care of the replacement dog. In a food poisoning accident, the old folks are sent to the hospital. The doctor in charge is Piggy’s mother. Ronald Tse Man-lok is the new CEO who take up office. Hin tries to butter up Ronald, yet unsuccessful. Ronald treats Trustworthy as the strongest rival. Hin encounters Ling one day……
