Sciacca and Battiston investigate a suspicious murder, while a new boss emerges: Michele Malinconico. Gabriele receives an offer from him to secure his freedom. Sciacca and Battiston investigate a hitman linked to a Colombian clan who has arrived in Naples to eliminate a group of traffickers. The operation is overseen by Ludovica Belforte, head of the Anti-Drug Unit, who implicates Spaccanapoli and reveals his ties to Malinconico. Meanwhile, Ciccone, struggling with his leadership, devotes himself to the case of a young Ecuadorian man killed, entering the world of underground fighting. Bianca, still reeling from Lopez's death, kisses a stranger who turns out to be her new colleague: Matteo Costa.

Persuaded by Sciacca and Ciccone, she reports her attackers, who, however, maintain their innocence. Meanwhile, the Hawks monitor the neighborhood, where Malinconico's blue drug is spreading. Vitale hires Gabriele as a bouncer at a nightclub frequented by drug dealers; there, Gabriel discovers the blue drug and confides in Vicky, his secret companion.

Federico, disillusioned with him and Marciano, asks for a new partner. A woman is murdered at home. Her husband accuses two Romanians, but Sciacca suspects him. Matteo devises a plan to intercept Malinconico's drug dealers. Sciacca faces an internal investigation and fears for his health. Bianca attacks her ex-partner who wants custody of her son.

   E5. Taking the risk / Out of mind

   During a patrol, Coppola is seriously injured by a fleeing assassin. The police station is shaken, and the investigation focuses on the ambush. Meanwhile, Gabriele, an infiltrator in the Malinconico clan, helps Vitale make a crucial discovery. Sciacca is suspended and undergoes medical tests. The team investigates a serial killer who murders young women after forcing them to use cocaine. Gabriele discovers the body of Benni's girlfriend and confides in Vitale, revealing his connection to Malinconico. His true identity as an infiltrator is thus revealed. Meanwhile, Bianca struggles to manage the crisis with her ex-partner and her son.

   E6. The test / We have no other choice

   The body of a Nigerian woman disappears from the morgue. The investigation leads to her daughter, forced into prostitution. Behind the mother's death lies a diamond trafficking ring. Meanwhile, to protect Gabriele, Vitale reveals to Battiston and Lamberti that he is an infiltrator in Malinconico's clan. The boy risks being discovered. Federico emerges from a coma and, after a confrontation with his brother, finally discovers the truth. A woman commits suicide in front of Sciacca: years earlier, he had handled the case of his daughter's disappearance and now asks for it to be reopened. The serial killer's twin brother arrives in Italy seeking revenge. Malinconico, struggling with his daughter, who is hospitalized for a poorly cut dose of drugs, refuses to help him. Costa is increasingly worried about Bianca.
