Soon after, a burnt head was found in the dump yard and that led the police dog straight to the lodge of the mysterious stranger. During interrogation, the officers discover that he is actually their newly appointed ACP Vetrimaaran. As he takes charge, a woman’s severed head unexpectedly falls from a fish laden tricycle after an accident, adding horror around the town. Vetrimaaran heads to the forensic lab and examines all three recovered heads.
