The "Unlucky 13" embark on a lingerie shopping spree in Hollywood, as well as face an acting challenge inspired by Elvira's Haunted Hills. Finally at elimination, the "Unlucky 13" are narrowed down to the "Sexy Six."

The "Sexy Six" must perform three terrifying tasks. First, the hopefuls must sell Elvira-branded coffee to tourists. Second, they go on a dinner date with a reality TV star. Finally, the six have to introduce a B-movie, a la Elvira's Movie Macbre. In the end, the "Sexy Six" are cut down to the "Top Three."
