A teenage girl was murdered in Kaliningrad. Investigator Eva Kaidas recalls that 20 years ago, 13 girls were killed in a similar way, the maniac was never found. Then the maniac, changing his voice, talked live with the famous local journalist Roman Rakhmanov, host of the talk show "Voice of the Monster".
