Thief of Honour

1. E1. Episode 1

   In the last years of the Sung Dynast, Kubiai's army attacks. Lam On. In order to survive, the Queen intends to submit the emperor's seal and surrender. The head of Sung's soldier, CHEUNG CHUN, fails in stopping the Queen in doing so. Therefore, he steals the seal and escapes to find MAN TIN CHEUNG. He decides to gather the people and saves the country. The Queen then orders to make another seal and hands the false one to PAK NGAN and PO MOK YI. PAK NGAN then submits the seal to the Yuen's Emperor to get reward. However, he then knows that the seal is false. He immediately orders his followers to chase after CHEUNG CHUN. In the City of Kam Ho, facing the chaotic situation, LIU HOC TING immediately prepares for the marriage of his daughter, YUEN YUNG, and YEUNG PANG FU. YUNG and FU are actually perfect match because they grow up together. CHUNG escapes to the City of Kam Ho. He meets NGAN's followers and fights with them……

   YEUNG SIU TIN thinks that he is a rich people and dislikes the fact that YUNG has once disclosed herself in the open area. Therefore, he cancels the marriage and quarrels with TING. When YUNG knows that the marriage has been cancelled, she asks FU to escape with her. However, FU is afraid that he cannot earn a living without his father. Therefore, he neglects YUNG, making YUNG very sad. CHIN YU is very angry with FU for his behaviour. He then beats FU violently. TIN is very angry and goes to blame YUNG. TING realizes that YUNG cannot marry again. He then asks YUNG to live in the temple for the rest of her life. YUNG promises unwillingly. YUNG is treated badly in the temple. In sorrow, she decides to drown herself but is again saved by SUN. However, YUNG is very angry with SUN for his rescue. When SUN knows YUNG's poor experience from the villagers, he accepts her temper and treats her in a friendly way……

3. E3. Episode 3

   Having got along with SUN for a longer time and being persuaded by CHUN, YUNG gradually loves SUN. CHUN even asks them to get married. CHUN has recovered. He intends to give the seal to MAN TIN CHEUNG's followers. Before he leaves, he tells the truth to SUN and YUNG. He even becomes the brother of SUN. However, CHUN is attacked by NGAN's soldier on the way. At that time, he yiv8S the seal to SUN and asks him to give it to SUNG's offspring. SUN promises. Yet, YUNG is just pregnant. Therefore, he has to wait after YUNG has given birth. CHUN knows that SUN will keep the promise. Without any worry, he fights with NGAN's soldier violently. He finally falls into the valley and dies. NGAN thinks that the seal is with CHUN and ignores it. YUNG knows that her mother has died and wants to go home to attend the bury. However, TING is very angry with her secret marriage with SUN and breaks the relationship with YUNG before everyone……

4. E4. Episode 4

   In order to repay YUNG, SIN promises to bring up ON FUNG. SIN lives a poor secluded life in the wild with KWONG TIN, ON FUNG and their daughter, SHEUNG YEE. , Because of his handicap, KWONG TIN is very depressed. He always drinks a lot to forget the reality especially when he finds SIN very difficult in supporting the family. However, he always owes a lot of money in buying wine. This even makes SIN difficult to repay. Actually, SIN wants FUNG to learn kung fu in order to take revenge for his parents. However, because of the lack of money, SIN can only teach FUNG some basic strategy in strengthening his body because she had seen how TING taught his followers in the past. However, FUNG does not want to be suppressed by the Yuen soldiers. He then decides to earn a living in the town with his friend, SEK CHUNG. Before he leaves, SIN asks him not to get close to TING's family……

5. E5. Episode 5

   TING is very stubborn. He decides not to surrender to Yuen and gains the villagers support. In order to defeat TING, PO MOK YI always asks" the Yuen fighter to fight with TING. TING thus has to cope with the fight for over ten years. FUNG meets OY FEI YIN in the town and finds her very beautiful. Once, he quarrels with FU's daughter, CHIN CHIN, when he wants to help FEI YIN. CHIN CHIN is quite bad-tempered. Furthermore, she always makes use of her power to suppress the villagers because her father is working for the Yuen emperor. However, the villagers do not dare to rebel. Since FUNG is the first one to quarrel with her, CHIN CHIN always finds chance to mock at FUNG. FUNG finally know FEI YIN. YIN even introduces FUNG to her uncle, KONG TAN. FUNG and TAN like each other very much. TAN then arranges FUNG to work in his inn. SHEUNG YEE admires the life of those girls in the town……

6. E6. Episode 6

   Jul 6, 1992 · 46m

   TAN finds that FUNG is always defeated by CHIN CHIN. He therefore teaches FUNG kung fu. CHIN CHIN is very angry and poisons FUNG. FUNG is then in critical condition. . CHIN CHIN is very upset and wants to take care of FUNG but is refused by SHEUNG YEE. In order to save FUNG, she even eats the same poison and asks her father to give her the medicine. She then goes to save FUNG. FUNG knows that CHIN CHIN is actually a good person but is influenced by the environment only. He finally understands her and they become good friends. CHIN CHIN knows that FUNG wants to pursue FEI YIN. She always persuades FUNG to get close to her and gives chance to them, making YIN very embarrassed. SHEUNG YEE meets YEN LUNG by chance. She loves him and treats him as her partner in future. However, LUNG knows that he does not like her but does not tell YEE the truth. On the other hand, when LUNG meets YIN, he likes her very much……
