   ing Suk Ngor is the leader of the cleaning picket. I She is responsible to remind the citizen to keep the city clean. She also strictly charges those citizen who has dirtied the city. She is perfectly loyal to her job. Ling Hong was brought up by her mother, Suk Ngor. He immediately becomes a doctor in the Kwangchow Hospital after he has graduated from university. Their financial condition is quiet stable and Ngor feels very relief. Nevertheless, she worries for her son's marriage. The nurse, Wong Yuen Ching, loves Hong a lot. Hong takes the advantage of her authority to steal drugs for illegal dealing Ching loves Hong so deep that she is willing to do everything for him. ' One day, Ngor receives a letter and knows her old friend, Uncle Hung, is died. Hung's son, Hung Fung then comes to KwangChow to seek a job. Ngor accepts it for the sake of Hung's patronage……

   Fung and Mui go sightseeing in KwangChow. They carelessly damage the camera which is lend from Hong. Fung tries his best to compensate. Fung understands that he could not depend on Ngor arid goes to find a job with Mui. However, they could hardly find a job with their low education level. Fortunately, Fung inherits his fa?ther's cooking talent and decides to setup a refreshment street stall in Kwangchow. Ngor encouages Fung to develop a business of his own. She even lends him money to hold the business. Hong carelessly throws an antenna down to the street and breaks down the officer's car. The police charges him. However, the officer's car. The police changes him. However, the officer's daughter, Hiu Lam, forgives him and cancels the charge. Hong then leaves a deep impression for Lam… Ho Ching, the new director of the hospital, aims at reforming the hospital management……

3. E3. Episode 3

   Fung suggests to celebrate Ngor's birthday. Hong goes together with them. Hong meets Lam again in the nightclub. Hong sees that Lam is So beautiful and attractive, he thus determines to court her. Fung and Ha are attacked by their enemy. Unfortunately, Lam is involved and hurt. Fung worries her situation and risks to send her to the hospital. Lam appreciates his bravery and falls for him. Lam overlooks her parents and Hong's warning, she arbitrarily leaves the hospital so as to participate the; debating competition. Her physical strength eventually cannot stand for it and faints. Hong is then accused to be neglected of his duties. He silently makes himself responsible for this so, as to gain Lam's favour. Hong tries to court Lam. Lam is used to be court by the male. Therefore, she regards Hong as some normal pursuer. However, Lam thinks of Fung a lot and hopes to see him again. Lam meets Fung again in his food stall……

4. E4. Episode 4

   Episode 4 Yuen Ching discovers that Hong has courted Lam and is very angry. She asks Hong the truth. Hong frankly tells her the truth and. suggests leaving Ching. Ching is very sad and she commits the suicide. Fortunately, she is saved 'but her pregnancy is unveiled. Ho Ching strictly for?bids the staff to have any subtle relation and determines to investigate the case. Hong fears that Ching would disclose their subtle relation. He then pretends to be sorry for Ching in hoping that she would cover up the fact. Fung's food stall is burnt by his enemy. He fully understands that the criminal is ordered to it so as to earn a living. Therefore, he refuses to investigate the case as he does not want to bring any harm t6 the criminal's family members. Ha's sister is dissatisfied with that. Fung is recommended to work in the University canteen. Lam is teased by the classmate that Fung deliberately works there to court her……

5. E5. Episode 5

   Fung is being hurt for saving Lam. However, he does not inform Lam lest she would misunderstands his intention. Lam eventually knows the truth that Fung has saved her. She further knows that he is honest and studious. She likes him more and good relation between the two thus develops. Lam discovers that Hong has lie that he has saved her so as to gain her favour. She fully understand his hypocrisy and negative feeling towards him thus arises. Hong misunderstands that Fung has deliberately defamed him. HE then asks Fung to explain. Fung does to explain at all. When Chen Bon knows that his daughter, Lam, has close contact Mitt Fung, he opposes them as he knows that Fung comes from the lower class. However, Lam disregards his father’s warning. Hong intentionally asks Ching goes back to her native country so that he could court Lam. When Ching has known the truth, she quarrels with Hong……

6. E6. Episode 6

   After Ching's death, Hong is so frightened that he leaves at once. Fung passes by and aims at saving Ching. However , he is accused to be the murderer by the police who has just passed by. Ching is died on the way to the hospital. Hong returns home with fear Ngor asks Hong what has happened. Hong tells 'the truth. Ngor is shocked. When the police asks Ngor the details, Ngor does not tell the truth for the sake of Hong. Ngor feels sorry for Fung. When Lam knows that, she immediately goes to see Fung. However, Cheun Bon prohibits Lam to see Fung by shutting her up. Although Lam's statement is for Fung, all other statement is against Fung. Therefore, Fung's attorney expresses that Fung would most likely sentence to death. Fung is full of resentment. Ha's sister cannot tolerate Fung to be wronged to death. She then asks Hai and Fu to save Fung. She risks her life to help Fung to escape from prison.
