   TANG TIT KIN, a Wai Tau villager, imposes himself the mission to maintain peace and order in the village. Thus, he joins the police force to patrol the village. KIN has worked as a policeman for more than ten years. He is respected by the villagers. KIN has a girlfriend, MEI HO. However, she is sterilized because of some women's disease. KIN's parents thus oppose KIN to marry HO. KIN feels sorry for that and compensates HO with some shares of his herbal shop. In the police station, KIN, DOUBLE T and TEDDY are very good friends. A policewoman, TONG LIN YUNG, loves KIN a lot. However, KIN dares not to involve in any-love affair at the moment. A trouble-maker, TANG KA ON, who is also a Wai Tau villager, negotiates with his enemy. KIN tolerates him with the condition that he does not do any illegal act openly. A woman inspector, MAK CHI FUN, is sent to investigate the smuggling case. KIN is assigned to be her subordinate……

   While KIN and FUN are confronting against each other, UNCLE GWAN comes up to mediate and promises that he will assign some area for the villagers to build roads. It then ends the quarrel. FUN suspects GWAN's identity. She knows that GWAN is the born villager. He has developed his business outside the village. Now he settles himself down in the village in his old age but he is still very powerful. KIN knows GWAN for many years. They are good friends. During the opening ceremony of GWAN's shopping arcade, all the villagers participate. ON and his wife, YUNG FONG, have also attended. FUN has also accompanied them and attends the ceremony. The triad member, YUEN MAN TSUI, extorts money from GWAN. GWAN's subordinate, CHUAN NGAU, cannot tolerate him. TSUI then troubles them. KIN arrests all the involved people and treats the case with his way. FUN is angry with his way in doing things. TANG TUNG rents a house to FUN……

3. E3. Episode 3

   YUEN MAN TSUI sends a killer to assassinate GWAN. GWAN could escape from death but has involved the village into trouble. The killer has mistakenly hurt the innocent villager. FUN and KIN try to arrest the killer but he could eventually escape away. FUN suspects KIN who is very close to GWAN. GWAN negotiates with TSUI. TSUI expresses that he wants to take GWAN's place. However, TSUI is very arrogant and cannot come to a compromise. GWAN and TSUI's struggle has reached its climax. It leads to a serious injury and disorder. Workload for FUN has been increased. SIR PAUL retires from his police service and holds a banquet. Some people trouble the banquet. KIN believes that it is not done by GWAN and protects him. KIN again quarrels with FUN. In order to settle the case, GWAN sends UNCLE CHEONG to trouble TSUI so as to force the latter leaving the place. KIN wants to clear the case but is misunderstood by FUN……

4. E4. Episode 4

   FUN finds that KIN is not prejudice in favour of GWAN. She feels very sorry. The relation between them has been improved. In order to confront against TSUI, GWAN has involved his good old friends into trouble. GWAN is very sorry and upset. Thus, he tries to compromise with TSUI. TSUI agrees. JIM TIN WAI backs to Hong Kong from. Taiwan . WAI's father and GWAN are good friends and partners. WAI's father died for the sake of GWAN. In order not to involve WAI into the triad, GWAN sent him to Holland. GWAN always regards WAI as his own son. GWAN is getting old and decides to pass legal business to WAI. WAI: is very smooth and can win TSUI and NGAU's favour. WAI meets KIN again. They still oppose to each other. WAI respects GWAN only on the surface. He is angry with GWAN who has involved his father to death. WAI determines to get back what he thinks he deserves. KIN has arrested a rich guy, Mr……

5. E5. Episode 5

   KIN goes to FUN's home and witnesses that she has fainted. He thinks that FUN has tried to kill herself. He even comforts her. FUN does not explain. Kin tells FUN about MEI HO. KIN shows great concern about FUN. FONG is hurt by ON. FUN and KIN negotiate with ON. FONG does not want to press ON hard. FUN can do nothing. KIN plays trick on ON for the sake of FONG. ON accused KIN. FUN asks KIN to apologize. FUN knows that KIN is very upset. In order to teach ON a lesson, she joins KIN to follow ON so as to collect the evidence of ON's illegal dealing. Their colleagues even misunderstand that FUN and KIN are dating. In order to frighten TSUI, WAI cooperates with ON to engross TSUI's smuggling goods. FUN and KIN has eventually collected some evidence. They compel ON to accompany them searching the boat. Unfortunately, they are being arrested by their enemies. FUN and KIN takes an opportunity to escape……

6. E6. Episode 6

   KIN and FUN find ON in a heap of stone. ON is very frightened. They are eventually saved by the police. FUN has changed her attitude towards KIN after that night. They feel concerned about each others business. They even meet each other in the hospital and make an appointment. GWAN and WAI visit KIN. GWAN tells KIN that JOEY will back to Hong Kong soon. GWAN even citizens WAI who has confronted against TSUI. WAI feels dissatisfied inside his heart but shows respect on the surface. By the time KIN is going to meet FUN, JOEY appears. KIN and JOEY are very intimate. FUN feels very distasteful. She leaves the present and goes away. Next day, KIN wants to explain but FUN is very cool to him. FUN misunderstands KIN. KIN is very angry. JOEY is GWAN's only child. GWAN loves her a lot. However, she is dissatisfied with her father who has involved in the illegal dealing……
