YAN meets KAU and due to misunderstanding, the gap between them further widens. KAU has no chance to explain but he is impressed by her beauty. TOY NA is running a boutique. Most of her customers are working in nightclubs. On seeing this, WAI takes her as a prostitute too. KAU knows that KWAN CHI is not behaving properly. He warns KWOK YING but she trusts her husband. She scolds KAU. KIT is KWAN CHI's subordinate. He dares not to make him angry and he tries to keep secret for him. KWOK YING suspects KAU of hoping to spoil her marriage. She is so angry that she declares to ignore him.

   YAN is attacked by a sex maniac and she faints. Fortunately KAU arrives and saves her. As she is herself again, she only sees KIT and thanks him, thinking that KIT has saved her. KAU promises to help a lame old woman to prosecute HO CHUNG YI. Knocking her down, CHUNG YI neglects her. As he is very busy, he sends KIT to take care of the old woman. This deeply impresses YAN. TOY NA does not want YAN to further her studies. She persuades her to participate in beauty competition so as to get with rich families. She wants YAN to follow KAT's example. However KATE does not pay her back, so she has to rely on YAN. KATE thinks that she can have good living after her marriage. However CHUNG YI is so autocratic that he always beats her hard.    One day when KAU is on duty, he witnesses KATE being slapped by CHUNG YI. KAU stops him and this makes them become enemies. To flatter her mother, YAN joins the beauty competition. KAU has not seen YAN for a long period. He misses her much and suddenly he knows her joining the competition on the magazine. He is shocked and attracted by her beauty. KIT's company is one of the sponsors of the competition. He has chances to talk with her and they become friends. YAN and KATE go to the cinema together. By mistake, they buy tickets of a film in the third category. There she comes across KIT, they are embarrassed. KAU sees KATE fighting with CHUNG YI. He rushes to stop them. Inciden?tally YAN and TOY NA are there. Although the case is settled down, they know CHUNG YI's behaviour. CHUNG YI's filthy behaviour is known by KATE. She questions him but this arouses hi s anger. He warns her not to question him. KATE has to tolerate.

   YAN learns her lesson from KATE's experience. She wants to retrieve and resign but TOY NA objects. YAN is criticized as she loses her chance in winning the competition. Fortunately KIT supports her. YAN can no longer conceal her love. After communication, YAN understands KAU but she has been attracted by KIT. KIT has a business trip. As he is away, YAN approaches KAU, hoping to know more about KIT. However KAU mistakenly thinks that YAN is turning to him. MAY HAR arranges YIM HUNG to stay with them. However love does not germinate between KAU and her and their marriage is of no hope. KAU requests KIT and YAN to help him. By mistake he locks them up and this creates a chance for them to be together. Love drastically blossoms between them.

   KIT knows that WAI and MAY HA are not his parents. He questions them and they admit it, making him shocked. Fortunately KAU reminds him that they have been taking good care of him. This relieves him but it still makes a scar in his heart. YIM HUNG knows that KAU will not marry her so she decides to migrate to the USA. On leaving, she encourages him to work hard. YAN YAN wins the support from a ricj. merchant who is willing to make her an actress. This is a milestone to her career. On the other hand TOY NA discovers her love affair with KIT. She tries to separate them, thinking that it is a stumbling block to her success. KAU feels guilty as he has disclosed KIT's secret. He determines to help him in every aspect, even embroiling him and YAN YAN whom he admires. Due to his eye problem, WAI has to retire and his colleagues hold a party for his leaving. KWAN CHI's improper behaviour is observed by KAU.… ...
