   WONG CHUNG is n factory worker who has a girlfriend called YUK CHU. In order to realize their marriage plans, CHUNG takes up several jobs at the same time, one of which is working as a cab?driver at night. On the day of his father WONG LUNG's birthday, he is held up in a robbery and is late for the banquet.. CHUNG has a friend LAM WING MAU, who is selfish and always take a advantage s of CHUNG. YUK CHU finds WING MAU’s behaviour irritating, but CHUNG is generous enough to overlook it.A woman whose facial skin is damaged seeks out CHUNG for compensation. CHUNG remembers having sold some cleansing lotion to the woman when he once worked as a salesman. The woman is hysterical and the fact that YUK CHU and her mother happens to be there doesn’t help but causes greater confusion.

   WONG CHUNG has a chance of being promoted to the position of assistant foreman. But WING MAU tricks him into giving it up. YUK CHU is furious. YUK CHU's mother has little liking of CHUNG because of ‧his inferior job. She arranges YUK CHU to go out with a relative CHOU CHIU who comes back from abroad. CHUNG is instigated by WING-MAU who contrives to test YUK CHU’s love for CHUNG. Though disappointed, YUK CHU finally forgives him. They have a date, but CHUNG falls to turn up because he is called by WING-MAU to take his regnant wife to the hospital. YUK CHU is further discontented by the incident. She pours out her misery to CHOU CHIU. When CHUNG learns that YUK CHU is seeing CHOU, he is depressed with jealousy.

3. E3. Episode 3

   Seeing that CHUNG is dejected. YUK-CHU once again forgives him. They undergo great hassle to get YUK-CHU’s mother to approve their marriage. An incident happens in the factory and spoils WING-MAU’s chance of being promoted. WING-MAU beats up CHUNG savagely, thinking that he is the cause. On the wedding day, CHUNG receives the news that WING-MAU intends to commit suicide for not being promoted. He rushes to his place and misses the time for his marriage registration. Waiting CHUNG with no avail, YUK-CHU leaves the registry resentfully. WONG LUNG is injured ill a car accident. Thinking that his father is killed in the accident. CHUNG is in great grief.

4. E4. Episode 4

   Feeling low and depressed, CHUNG goes up to the roof contemplating suicide. YUK-CHU’s mother happens to be there. In collecting her dry clothes, she accidentally pushes CHUNG down the building. As his body lies in the hospital’s emergency room, CHUNG’s spirit travels to the underworld and meets a guard of the underworld, WAI SIU Po. WAI is chasing after a convicted rapist and asks CHUNG to lend him his body. WAI wakes up in possession of CHUNG’s body. He talks of getting the convict, which mystifies his family. They take him to the mental doctor, thinking that his brain is damaged during his fall. YUK-CHU decides to marry CHUNG in the hope that he will get well soon.

5. E5. Episode 5

   The rapist appears in the wedding ceremony causing WAI to start his chase after him. YUK-CHU is totally dismayed. Just when WAI nearly gets the convict, a young woman LAU KA MAN passes by. She is fear stricken thinking that the two men are robbers. During the confusion, the convict escapes. The rapist has a mind to KA MAN’s beauty. WAI arrives in time to stop his molestation. But KA-MAN shouts for help mistaking WAI to be a bad guy. A young man YAN SHING SHEUNG passes by and takes WAI to the police. WAI finally gets the convict with the help of KA MAN and SHING SHEUNG. But they wouldn’t believe his story about returning to the underworld. WAI misses the hour and cannot revert to where he comes from.

6. E6. Episode 6

   As WAI misses the time to take the convict back to the underworld, he decides to give him to the police while he takes possession of CHUNG’s body and stay in this world for another year. Attracted by KA MAN, SHING SHEUNG begins to woo her. Being beautiful and clever. KA MON has a strong and independent character who often evinces arrogance to her admirers, Despite of this, SHING SHEUNG continues to court her. Learning that CHOU CHIU will soon leave Hong Kong. YUK CHU’s mother SHUK KUEN tries to persuade YUK CHU to go away with him. YUK CHU refuses and insists to wait for CHUNG’s recovery and marry him. Refusing to study a subject selected by his father YAN CHUEN, SHING SHEUNG has abandoned his studies abroad and return to Hong Kong. He avoids seeing his father as he hates to lead the boring merry life of a rich man’s son. Neither does he wants to inherit his father’s giant enterprise……
