1. E1. Episode 1

   Female Cop SZE YUNG's husband died many years ago. She all alone by herself brings up her son CHEK NAM and her younger brother SZE CHING. After graduation from form 5, CHEK NAM becomes a cop too. As he behaves excellently he is promoted to a senior officer in a short period of only ten years. His supervisors and colleagues respect him very much and this enables his career to go smoothly. Becoming a disciplinary officer is SZE CHING’s wish since his childhood. However, because of his health problems he is unable to apply for it. Eventually he becomes a judicial officer and this satisfies his hope to fight crimes and thus keep society in order. CHEK NAM falls in love with HA MAN FUNG, boss of a KARAOKE. She is a fascinating woman that attracts CHEK NAM very much. They later become very close friends. Coming from the world of prostitution, MAN FUNG does not believe in marriage. When CHEK NAM proposes to MAN FUNG, she rejects him……

2. E2. Episode 2

   CHEK NAM feels very happy when he gets known HEUNG SHING enters the Cadet School. CHEK NAM wants to make good friends with him again but HEUNG SHING refuses him. HEUNG SHING is the brother of HEUNG KWAI who is the ex-girlfriend of CHEK NAM. However, HEUNG KWAI was shot dead in a robbery unjustifiedly on the day whilst meeting with CHEK NAM. HEUNG SHING believes his sister’s death is all because of CHEK NAM. He hates him very much. CHEK NAM receives the clue that the robbers of The Wah’s Jewellery Shop are leaving Hong Kong. He wants to arrest them in time but fails. Actually, the robbers of The Wah's Jewellery Shop are sent by one of The Wah’s owners HOK TAK and his supporter CHAN PONG. They intend to make profit from the robbery for illegal affairs. HOK TAK tries every way and means to destroy the evidence of the robbery and this leaves the cops at a loss of what to do. SZE YUNG takes good care of HEUNG SHING as his own son……

3. E3. Episode 3

   CHEK NAM chased the robbers of The Wah’s Jewellery case up the New Territories area. With the help of an very experienced cop MON TAI MUI, CHEK NAM is able to arrest all the robbers. Unfortunately the robbers are shot dead and there is not any clue left behind. Since TAI MUI needs to take care of his mother, he stays in the borderary station. The villagers there respect him very much. Her daughter LEUNG KWAN is rather independent and straightforward. After her graduation, she insists to leave home and lives in the city. She works as a window designer for a fashion store. Her family are worried about her. Without LEUNG KWAN’s visiting home for a long time, TAI MUI misses her very much. Then when he pays a visit to her home, he finds her way of living has changed a great deal. Besides, she falls in love with a gay man. This makes Tal MUI more anxious about her……

4. E4. Episode 4

   SZE YUNG knows that CHEK NAM has a girlfriend. She asks CHEK NAM to bring MAN FUNG back home for dinner. However she does not show up and CHEK NAM is made very angry. HEUNG SHING is very clever and tactful. His strong character is well appreciated by CHONGS SIR who desires to recruit him as one of the spys of his team. HEUNG SHING thinks this is a good chance for better prospects so he accepts the offer. In order to disguise his identity, HEUNG SHING keeps on breaking the rules of the Cadet School and this results in his being expelled from the school. Everybody is astonished at this matter. SZE YUNG wants to meet MAN FUNG very much but has had no chance yet. She therefore urges CHEK NAM to make out a plan in order to put them together. As a result, she finds MAN FUNG very gentle and polite so she urges CHEK NAM to marry her soonest. YAT YIN comes back to Hong Kong and is busy with the decoration of her new home……

5. E5. Episode 5

   To supervise LEUNG KWAN, TAI MUI applies for transfer to work in the urban area and is subsequently approved. However, he feels a bit upset about leaving the position in which he has worked for twenty years. CHAN PONG sends his follower LIU HAN KOU to sell the stolen jewellery. He is so greedy that he secretly gives one of the necklaces to his girlfriend JUDY. After several transactions the police are alerted and this arouses CHEK NAM’s attention also. CHAN PONG and HOK TAK fear that HAN KOU AND JUDY will disclose the details of the robbery. Thus, they kill them and make it like an accident. Although CHEK NAM suspects it is done by CHAN PONG, he doesn’t have sufficient evidences. MAN FUNG and CHEUNG LI her partner of the KARAOKE are good friends. However, CHEUNG LI’s lover CHAN PONG always takes illegal guys to disturb the night club. In addition, CHAN PONG treats CHEUNG LI badly because he is the real financial supporter……

6. E6. Episode 6

   CHEK ‧NAM meet YAT YIN again in a country club and they have a most agreeable chat. They both have very good impression towards each other. CHUN CHUN always behaves in an opposite way to HOK TAK every time when HOK TAK has visitors. She wants to ruin HOK TAK's reputation and this makes HOK TAK very angry. CHUN CHUN's parent were killed in a fighting of illegal ganga many years ago. She was badly shocked. Later when she discovered that HOK TAX was related in the murder, she hates HOK Tal very much and gives herself up in order to take revenge to the others. CHUN CHUN and YAT YIN are good old friends. However they are separated for so many years and also there are great changes in the behaviour of CHUN CHUN. The relationship of this couple can hardly recover as before. CHONG SIR sends some guys to ambush for HAN SING and to pretend to threaten him to disclose CHONG SIR's secret……
