   The ruler of Tang Dynasty is afraid that the foreign tribes may one day attack his empire. Therefore he intructs the governor-general of Kansu province, FOK CHING WAI to re-construct the Yuk Mon Gate. WAI is a man who always talks big. In order to speed up the progress, he believes he should kill boys and girls to makes stacks. HUNG TIN YAU is sent to supervise the work. When he and his family reach there, he witnesses the collapse of walls. Many workers are buried and he rushes to save WU YAN, disregarding his own safety. WU YAN thanks him a lot. YAU and his family take temporary accommodation in WAI's house. SU CHUK's beauty attracts WAI. A filthy idea germinates in WAI's mind. TIN YAU has to work round the clock as the deadline is approaching while it is threatened by sand storms. WU YAN is aware of WAI's filthy idea and he tells YAU……

   YAT FAY has grown up. After strict tests, PO CHEUK lets him go to find ARK KUT. On their way, YAT FAY and AH PO sees WAI's eldest son TING KWAI treats the tribal people hard, imposing heavy taxes on them. The people are angry but they dare not to show their anger. YAT FAY hates the FDKs. SIT PING robs ARK KUT's son BA TO. YAT FAY stops her. Hatred grows between the brother-and-sister as they do not know one another. BA TO leads YAT FAY to see ARK KUT. ARK KUT wants to know the YAT FAY's ability so he requests BA To to wrestie with him. YAT FAY wins the game. Sik LAN, BA TO's cousin is attracted by him. BA TO loves SIK LAN and he is jealous on seeing SIK LAN's reaction towards YAT FAY. He hates him as he knows that his little brother and sister were killed for them. As YAT FAY is a good fighter, ARK KUT tells him what has happened to his parents……

3. E3. Episode 3

   Jan 3, 1991 · 45m

   TIN YUK was to LONG TAT WONG to learn martial arts when he was young. As his father is honoured by the emperor, he goes to greet him. He loses his way in the desert and there he sees the reflected image of a graceful girl CHEUK MA and he is deeply impressed. YAT FAY wants to assess in WAI in the inaugaration ceremony but it is a vain attempt. However it has frightened WAI. CHIK CHIN CHIN is involved and luckily YAT FAY saves her. CHIN CHIN is attracted by him. AH PO brings YAT FAY to a prostitute when they meet CHIN CHIN. YAT FAY wants to get more information about WAI but she keeps tighted-lipped. YAT FAY leaves reluctantly. AH PO meets SIT PING and is impressed so he tries to stay close to her. TIN YUK cannot forget CHEUK MA thus he goes to bribe CHAT SI, her father. CHAT SI takes it so as to make his tribe strong. On their wedding day, CHAT SI gives CHEUK MA a sacred bottle from a Lama monastery……

4. E4. Episode 4

   Jan 4, 1991 · 45m

   In order to have a duel with WAL, YAT FAY kidnappes CHEUK MA. CHEUK MA misunderstands him, thinking that he is an evil man. To get away from being discovered, YAT FAY takes refuge in the porstitute. CHIN CHIN worries much about him. Although YAT FAY hates WAL he treats CHEUK MA politely and takes good care of her. CHEUK MA feels relieved. CHEUK MA tricks YAT FAY and poisons him fainted. She escapes but is caught by some thieves. Fortunately YAT FAY saves her. CHEUK MA understands YAT FAY's feeling and problem and this sows seeds of love in their hearts. YAT FAY wants to force WAI to have a duel with him. However the FOKs only are so selfish that they ignore CHEUK WAI's situation. She is hurt by a poisoned arrow. CHEUK MA realises her status quo in TIN YUK's heart. CHEUK MA does not want to beg the FOKs, she conceals the fact that she is hurt and finally is cured by PO CHEK……

5. E5. Episode 5

   Jan 7, 1991 · 45m

   For CHEUK MA's safety, YAT FAY brings her back to the FOK's unwillingly and this releases her from the danger of death. YUK TIN requests CHEUK MA to marry him after she is cured. However she has fallen in love with YAT FAY and turns his suggestion down. TIN YUK is angry. YAT FAY loves CHEUK MA deep but he must take revenge so he tries to concen?trate on learning martial arts. ARK KUT understands SIK LAN's idea so he asks YAT FAY to marry her. He refuses and this embarrasses her much. She hates CHEUK MA but she hides her feeling. She adopts YAT FAY as her brother and waits for the chance to kill her. AH PO tries his best to flatter SIT PING. SIT PING does not appreciate his act and scolds him. YAT FAY requests CHIN CHIN to get CHEUK MA's news for him. He is informed that she has recovered and feels relieved……

6. E6. Episode 6

   Jan 8, 1991 · 45m

   TIN YUK urges CHEUK MA to marry him again but she only loves YAT FAY. She is willing to devote her life. TIN YUK determines to kill YAT FAY. TIN YUK awares that YAT FAY is a good fighter as he nearly kills his father. He tries to trick YAT FAY by claiming that his rela?tives have been‧ killed in the former sacrifice. He wants to approach YAT FAY and get rid of him. CHIN CHIN appreciates YAT FAY much and is attracted by him. She wants to return to her motherplace with him after being set free but he only loves CHEUK MA and refuses her love. CHIN CHIN under?stands ‧that she should not force him so she lets it be and hopes to have falacity in next generation. CHING WAI wants to adopt CHIN CHIN as his wife. She knows that she is a sinful woman, thus she requests WAI to build goodish statue for her. CHIN CHIN has pity on CHEUK MA so she arranges the meeting for YAT FAY and her……
